Job summary

Zipline is seeking a Commercial Strategy & Operations Intern to help translate local market realities into clear priorities and measurable growth. You’ll build analyses, reporting, and planning insights while partnering with Commercial, Operations, Marketing, Analytics, and Community Engagement teams.

You’ll learn how a fast-growing marketplace works, solve ambiguous problems, and translate insights into action in a hands-on, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must have completed the second year of a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, data analytics, engineering, marketing, or a related field.
• Master’s programs are also eligible.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets; experience with SQL or dashboards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support weekly and monthly business reviews with data analysis and clear actions.
• Build and maintain reporting on key customer, merchant, and ops metrics.
• Analyze customer behavior, merchant performance, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Develop business cases, forecasts, and recommendations for growth and operational initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and track decisions.
