Job summary

Zipline in South San Francisco seeks a Sales Operations Analyst Intern to strengthen the infrastructure behind Zipline’s growing commercial organization. You will work on projects that make sales data more useful, processes more scalable, and decisions easier to make.

You may support pipeline analysis, account and territory planning, CRM improvements, prospecting operations, and reporting. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other partners while learning how a high-growth

Qualifications

Two years of undergraduate study in business, economics, analytics, marketing, operations, engineering, or related field.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with data.
Willingness to learn new tools and ask questions.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Audit, standardize, and enrich CRM records to improve data quality and reporting trust.
Support recurring pipeline, forecast, and funnel reporting; identify trends in stage movement and conversion.
Build account lists, market maps, and research briefs for prioritizing prospects and whitespace.
Document and improve sales processes, including lead routing and follow-up workflows.
Coordinate cross-functional Sales Operations initiatives by tracking milestones and owners.
Create dashboards, analyses, playbooks, and enablement materials for sales leadership.
Identify repetitive work and explore automation or AI-enabled improvements.
