Responsibilities

• Serve as central support for the sales team and ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee lead management and appointment scheduling.
• Maintain and coordinate a detailed sales calendar for the Sales Manager.
• Act as liaison between sales, marketing, operations and other departments.
• Handle contract verification, deposits, and document processing (DocuSign or similar).
• Create and maintain sales documentation and respond to requests.
• Maintain and design sales reports to support data-driven decisions.
• Support additional administrative tasks as needed.
