Job summary

Renewal by Andersen of Oregon & SW Washington is seeking a meticulous Sales Operations Administrator to support our sales team. You will help maintain accurate commission and bonus administration and work closely with Payroll and Accounting to ensure precise reporting.

In this role you’ll handle audits, promotions templates, data analysis, and CRM reconciliation, contributing to timely payroll submissions and reliable compensation for our sales force in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant accounting or sales operations experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Payroll & Commissions: Process audits and authorize payments for payroll, ensuring accuracy in commission and bonus calculations.
• Promotions Administration: Create monthly promotion templates for the sales team and confirm authorized discounts.
• Reconciliation: Ensure compensation plans and monthly promotions in company CRM applications match approvals from Sales Management.
• Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and evaluate payroll and commission information as necessary.
• Payroll Collaboration: Partner with payroll administrators to verify accurate payment details for the sales team.
• Special Calculations: Calculate commissions accurately when 2nd-tier financing participation is required.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Maintain and grow relationships with payroll, accounting, and other internal teams.
• Audit & Support: Audit outstanding commissions for potential missed payments and provide additional training or support to Sales team as needed.
• Other Duties: Complete additional tasks or special projects as assigned.
