Renewal by Andersen is seeking motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in November 2026. Design Consultants visit residential homes to present window and door replacement options, aiming for same-day decisions in a strong one-call close sales role.

This full-time position offers a uncapped commission structure ($200,000 to $300,000+ annually), paid training, and an opportunity to compete for an annual Sales Trip. Benefits include an insurance package and retirement plan.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Have a valid Driver’s License (required).
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments on a daily basis (required).
• Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials (required).
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required).
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.

Role Description

While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in November 2026.

Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This is a strong one-call close sales role, with no project management or follow up required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Full commission structure (uncapped) – earn $200,000 to $300,000+ annually
