Job summary

Renewal by Andersen Metro & Midwest is seeking motivated Design Consultants to visit residential homes and present window and door replacement options. This role focuses on a strong one-call close with no project management or follow-up required.

As a full-time, commission-based position, you’ll receive paid training, ongoing coaching, and the chance to earn uncapped commissions, plus benefits and a 401(k) plan

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Travel up to 2 hours daily for appointments.
• Able to lift 40-60 lbs of sample materials.
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods or high-value transactions.
• Willingness to learn a structured sales process.

Role Description

While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in November 2026.

Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This is a strong one-call close sales role, with no project management or follow up required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Full commission structure (uncapped) – earn $200,000 to $300,000+ annually
• Paid training with continued coaching and mentorship

Qualifications

• Have a valid Driver’s License (required)
