Job summary

Responsibilities

• Sales Support and Coordination: Serve as the central support for the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and communication.
• Lead Management and Scheduling: Oversee lead management and appointment scheduling with the Sales Manager.
• Calendar Management: Maintain a detailed calendar for sales activities and scheduling.
• Cross-Department Communication: Liaise between sales, marketing, operations, and other departments.
• Project Review and Processing: Handle contract verification, deposits, change orders, and documents through DocuSign or similar.
• Documentation and Reporting: Assist with project coordination, create and maintain sales documents, respond to requests.
• Data and Reporting: Maintain and design sales reports to support data-driven decisions.
• Administrative Projects: Support additional administrative tasks.

• Administrative Projects: Support additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred.
