Qualifications

• High School or GED - Required
• 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Business, or related degree preferred
• With a bachelor’s degree, a minimum 3.0 GPA upon graduation is required
• 0-1 years of experience in a service, business, or sales-oriented role
• Relevant internship/co-op experience preferred
• Equivalent military or industry-related experience considered
• Less than 12 months of experience with Rexel

Responsibilities

• As an ACE Trainee, you will complete a series of rotations designed to build your business knowledge, professional capabilities, and understanding of the electrical distribution industry.
• Rotations Include: Warehouse & Logistics, Sales, Operations, Project Management.
• Elective Rotations: toward the end of the program, elective rotations based on interests and opportunities.
• Workshops and Product Training (Varies)
• Other Duties as Assigned
