Platt Electric Supply, Inc. is seeking an ACE Trainee in Fresno, CA to join our 12‑month Accelerated Commercial Experience program.

You will rotate through Warehouse & Logistics, Sales, Operations, and Project Management, gaining hands-on exposure to customers, products, and operations within Rexel’s network. You will learn from experienced Rexel leaders, participate in elective rotations, and build leadership and communication skills for a future in sales, operations, or project management.

Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Business, or related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete a series of rotations to build business knowledge and exposure to the electrical distribution industry.
• Work with Rexel leaders and teams to support real business priorities and relationships across functions.
• Elective rotations are available toward the end of the program to tailor the experience.
