Rexel USA is seeking a Sales & Operations Development Program Associate to join the PLATT team in Fresno, CA, starting in June 2027. This ACE Trainee role offers a 12-month fast-track experience to gain broad exposure within the Electrical Distribution industry.

You will rotate through Warehouse, Sales, and Operations, building skills and relationships with Rexel leaders to accelerate your career. Ideal candidates are early-career with a bachelor’s or higher in a related field, ready to relocate

• 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Business, or related degree preferred

Responsibilities

• As an ACE Trainee, you will complete rotations across Warehouse & Logistics, Sales, Operations, and Project Management.
• Elective rotations allow tailoring experiences toward interests and business opportunities.
• Cohort experiences include orientation, workshops, and graduation programs.
