Rexel USA is recruiting a Sales & Operations Development Program Associate (ACE Trainee) to join the PLATT team in Fresno, CA starting June 2027. The 12-month ACE offers rapid exposure across sales, operations, procurement, and project management, with mentorship and cross-functional projects to accelerate your career.

You will rotate through Warehouse & Logistics, Sales, Operations, and Project Management, gaining hands-on experience and building leadership skills with Rexel leaders.

Qualifications

• High School or GED - Required
• 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Business, or related degree preferred

Responsabilités

• Complete rotations to build business knowledge and leadership skills.
• Work with Rexel leaders on real business priorities.
• Develop relationships across functions.
