Rexel USA is seeking a Sales & Operations Development Program Associate to join our San Diego, CA team starting in June 2027. This 12-month ACE program provides rapid exposure to sales, operations, and leadership within the electrical distribution industry.

As an ACE Trainee, you’ll rotate through Warehouse & Logistics, Sales, Operations, and Project Management, with elective rotations and mentorship to build commercial and operational skills for future roles in sales, procurement, or program

Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• With a bachelor's degree, a minimum 3.0 GPA is required at graduation.
