The 12-month Accelerated Commercial Experience (ACE) program rotates through warehouse, sales, operations, and project management, with elective rotations and hands-on mentorship to build core commercial and leadership skills.

Participants gain exposure to people, products, customers, and operations within Rexel’s electrical distribution network, paving paths into sales, operations, procurement, or future leadership roles

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 4 Year / Bachelor’s Degree - Preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Business, or related degree preferred.
