DriveTime is hiring for a Customer Experience & Sales Support role at our dealerships. You will greet customers, assist the sales team through the purchasing process, and follow up with inquiries to build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities include handling paperwork assistance, coordinating test drives, and maintaining showroom presentation. Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in hospitality or retail and a strong customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years related work experience in hospitality, sales and/or retail with a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Must be 18+ and able to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a positive dealership experience.
• Assist Sales & Operations Advisors during purchasing by presenting features and financing basics.
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom guests to nurture relationships.
• Schedule appointments and maintain consistent communication with prospective customers via phone, text, and email.
• Support the sales team with test drives, vehicle presentations, and customer follow-up.
