DriveTime Family of Brands in Langhorne, PA is seeking a Sales & Operations Advisor in Training. You'll greet customers, assist with vehicle features, financing basics, and dealership services, while supporting the sales team to create a smooth buyer journey.

You'll progress through a multi‑phase certification, gain exposure across departments, and grow with a company that emphasizes care for customers and staff alike in a fast‑paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing service experience required.
• Hospitality, sales and/or retail background preferred in fast-paced settings.
• Willingness to learn and progress through multi-phase certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and create a positive dealership experience.
• Assist Sales & Operations Advisors during purchasing, including presenting features, pricing, and financing basics.
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom guests to nurture relationships and engagement.
• Schedule appointments and maintain communication with prospective customers via phone, text, and email.
• Support sales team with test drives, vehicle presentations, and customer follow-up activities.
• Assist with processing paperwork including down payments, titles, and loan documents.
