DriveTime is hiring for a Customer Experience & Sales Support role at our Texas dealership. The position focuses on greeting customers, presenting vehicle features and financing basics, and guiding them through the purchase process to ensure a smooth, positive experience.

You will follow up on leads, schedule and maintain contact with prospects, and support the sales team with test drives and demonstrations in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or bachelors preferred OR equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years related work experience in hospitality, sales and/or retail with a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record for the previous 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a drug test and a background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and create a positive dealership experience.
• Assist Sales & Operations Advisors during purchasing process including presenting vehicle features, pricing, financing basics, and dealership services to confidently assist customers.
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom guests to nurture relationships and maintain engagement.
• Schedule appointments and maintain consistent communication with prospective customers through phone calls, text and email using the expected nurture strategy.
• Support the sales team with test drives, vehicle presentations, and customer follow-up activities.
