Job summary

DriveTime is seeking a motivated Customer Experience & Sales Support associate in Cincinnati to greet customers, assist during purchasing, and follow up with leads. You will support operations across departments, manage paperwork, and help maintain an engaging showroom experience.

The role offers a $25/hour base with bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits. Candidates should have 1–3 years in hospitality, sales, or retail and be 18+ with a valid license.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing, fast-paced environment experience.
• Ability to progress through multi-phase learning certifications.
• Positive attitude and willingness to grow.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a positive dealership experience.
• Assist sales during purchasing, presenting features and pricing.
• Follow up with leads and showroom guests to nurture engagement.
• Schedule appointments and maintain proactive communication with customers.
• Support sales team with test drives and presentations.
• Process down payments, titles, and loan paperwork; help across departments.
