DriveTime Car Sales, LLC in Wilmington, NC is seeking an energetic team member for Customer Experience & Sales Support. You’ll greet customers, present vehicle features, explain pricing and financing basics, follow up on internet leads and showroom guests, and nurture relationships to drive sales.

In Dealership Operations Support you’ll assist with paperwork, handle down payments and titles, maintain vehicle inventory and showroom organization, and ensure a smooth end-to-end customer journey.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in hospitality, sales or retail with a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
• Ability to progress through learning certifications for sales and operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and create a positive dealership experience.
• Assist Sales & Operations Advisors during purchasing, presenting vehicle features, pricing and financing basics.
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries and showroom guests to nurture relationships and maintain engagement.
• Schedule appointments and maintain communication with prospective customers via phone, text and email.
• Support the sales team with test drives, vehicle presentations and customer follow-up.
• Assist with processing paperwork including down payments, title documents, trade information, and loan paperwork.
• Support daily dealership operations and maintain vehicle inventory presentation and showroom organization.
• Collaborate with sales and management to achieve dealership goals.
