DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a friendly and motivated individual for the Customer Experience & Sales Support role at our Albany, GA location. You will greet customers, present vehicle features, and assist with financing basics to ensure a smooth buying journey.

You'll follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and support the sales team with test drives and presentations while helping across dealership operations. A strong customer-facing attitude and 1–3 years' experience are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or bachelors preferred OR equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years related work experience with a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and create a positive dealership experience.
• Assist Sales & Operations Advisors during purchasing process including presenting vehicle features, pricing, financing basics, and dealership services.
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom guests to nurture relationships and maintain engagement.
• Schedule appointments and maintain consistent communication with prospective customers through phone calls, text and email using the expected nurture strategy.
• Support the sales team with test drives, vehicle presentations, and customer follow-up activities.
• Assist with processing paperwork including down payments, title documents, trade information, and loan paperwork.
• Support daily dealership operations by helping where needed across departments.
• Maintain vehicle inventory presentation and showroom organization.
