Spectrum Business is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support pre- and post-sale activities, ratify orders for accuracy, and collaborate with teams in an office environment. You’ll manage records, orders, and client data while ensuring proper billing codes in the CRM system.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1 year of project coordination; 3 years of data entry and sales support or client service; 3 years of B2B billing and CRM platform experience.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Technical: familiar with multiple CRM, billing and other systems; history of building orders and selecting Salesforce billing code; proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Skills: Critical thinking and English communication skills.
• Abilities: Team-oriented and able to handle requests and resolve issues in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-sale activities to manage in-flight proposals and orders.
• Complete records and sales orders by capturing client, contact, product, price and other information.
• Initiate installation by creating new orders, service and billing accounts, sales opportunities and client records.
• Determine serviceability of client locations through information assessments.
• Assess ROI models, identify sites in design configuration and validate against ROI.
• Prepare client proposals and contracts in compliance with product requirements.
• Ensure appropriate billing codes are entered into the CRM system.
• Evaluate order details and determine the correct order processing path.
