Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in sales operations or a related support role.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail for structured tasks.
• Experience with Salesforce for navigation, data entry, and maintenance.
• Experience using Jira to track tasks and workflows.
• Clear written and verbal communication to document processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
