Responsibilities include using Shopify for direct-to-consumer orders, maintaining accurate records in SharePoint and Excel, and supporting marketing initiatives while ensuring GMP-compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Business or related field; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1–3 years experience in sales, logistics or customer service preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; strong technical skills.
• Able to lift 75 lbs and stand 8+ hours.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales flow and handle customer requests.
• Track inventory and support sales operations team.
• Work in Shopify e-commerce platform for direct-to-consumer orders.
• Serve as main contact for customers and development accounts.
• Foster collaboration with marketing efforts and ensure data accuracy.
