Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data handling.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Well organized with excellent time management and prioritization.
• Proactive, consultative approach to customers and sales requests.
• Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review new item records and populate business unit and financial attributes.
• Aid backlog reviews and update estimated ship dates for open orders.
• Assist with MDF order processing and item fulfillment from invoices.
• Provide guidance to teams to resolve variances on items.
• Support dropship processing via ERP when needed.
• Identify discrepancies and propose practical solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
