Job summary

Zero Impact Solutions is seeking a Sales Admin to act as the operational engine behind our sales team in California. You will own systems, data and cadence to convert proposals into funded, permitted projects, while keeping CRM accurate and rebates on track.

You will work beyond clerical tasks, applying business-analysis thinking and project management to support deal flow, incentives and construction, using AI tools daily to accelerate processes.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years in sales operations, sales support, business analysis, CRM administration or project coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable with customers.
• Experience with Salesforce admin tasks (flows, reports and dashboards, Data Loader).
• Data/analytical mindset; ability to create dashboards and reports in BI tools.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum or traditional project methods; familiarity with Jira or Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Build proposals, quotes and follow-up materials; maintain templates and pricing sheets.
• Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls; nurture pipeline with timely follow-up.
• Prepare RFP/RFQ responses; coordinate inputs from engineering and construction.
• Submit incentive and rebate applications (CALeVIP, LCFS) and track deadlines.
• Support contract execution and hand off projects to engineering/construction.
• Act as a point of contact for customers, utilities and partners during the sales-to-construction transition.
