Job summary

Zero Impact Solutions is seeking a Sales Admin in Irvine to drive deal flow and project cadence from proposals to permitting. You will manage CRM, incentive filings and customer communications, enabling the sales team to focus on selling.

You will optimize data, leverage AI tools for drafting proposals, and coordinate with engineering, incentives and construction across a fast-paced, lean team.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales operations, sales support, business analysis, CRM administration or project coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication, proposal writing and follow-up.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum or traditional methods and tools (Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project).
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards in Power BI or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Own the systems that connect sales, incentives, engineering and construction to ensure timely deal flow.
• Manage proposals, quotes and customer follow-up with accuracy.
• Maintain CRM data, incentive and rebate applications and milestone schedules.
• Run weekly status reviews and publish action items and risk mitigation.
• Document processes and contribute to the sales playbook.
