Job Description

The Sales Operations Specialist serves as the primary internal liaison for the field sales team. Key responsibilities include weekly sales forecasting, territory planning, and quota management. The role involves collaboration with marketing, finance, customer service, and operations to improve processes and sales efficiency.

Responsibilities include developing reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support sales, training users on reporting tools, and providing strategic insights to help optimize performance and meet revenue targets.

The specialist also manages CRM (AcuityMD) maintenance, ensures data accuracy, monitors the sales pipeline, and recommends improvements for sales incentive programs. Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations is also essential.

This position requires strong analytical, organizational, and strategic skills to identify process improvements and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or similar, preferably in healthcare or medical devices.
  • Proficiency in CRM (AcuityMD preferred) and sales analytics tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data transformation).
  • Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
