We are seeking a Sales & Operations Specialist to manage the sales cycle from Deal Origination to Order Booking, acting as a liaison among finance, legal, engineering, project management, and sales teams. You will create agreements/quotes for Resale, Managed Services, and Professional Services, and handle related legal documents. This role works on the west coast/PST hours.

Our team aims to provide a consistent, personalized experience for our Sales Representatives, delivering the WOW factor to our customers.

  • Be a proactive team player with a positive attitude, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Possess 1-3 years of successful sales support experience with knowledge of sales processes.
  • Be self-motivated, passionate, and adaptable to new procedures.
  • Have strong relationship management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Be proficient with MS Office, CRM applications, Slack, Excel, and Salesforce.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities and projects.
  • Experience in a high-tech sales support environment is preferred.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Understanding InterVision's product and service portfolio.
  • Conducting price research and creating quotes.
  • Tracking and managing quotes and orders in CRM and ordering systems.
  • Participating in account strategy meetings and supporting sales opportunities.
  • Ensuring compliance with booking policies and updating records.
  • Supporting resale and services-related processes, including vendor communication and legal documentation.
