Job description

Bitcoin Depot is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to provide key information, tools, training, and support to help our sales organization reach their growth goals. This includes managing the daily incoming and outgoing data flow for the company and conducting strategic location analysis.

This position is remote.

Bitcoin Depot is the largest Bitcoin ATM Network in the world, offering users the ability to buy and sell Bitcoin at thousands of BTM and BDCheckout locations.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a point of contact within the sales team for inquiries from Account Executives and RVPs, providing operational and customer-focused solutions from inception to resolution.
  • Act as owner and liaison between sales and internal departments, as well as external service providers.
  • Investigate internal opportunities for improvement, determine root causes, and challenge standard procedures to ensure sustainable processes are achieved and communicated promptly to stakeholders.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for designated segments regarding sales operations initiatives.
  • Conduct location analysis for stores within Bitcoin Depot’s footprint, including analyzing leads, selecting target sales zip codes monthly, and planning market rollout strategies.
  • Calculate and communicate monthly sales payments, referrals, and sign-up bonuses to the accounting team.
  • Ensure each signed location is prepared for smooth kiosk delivery and installation.
  • Coordinate kiosk transfers between sales and operations teams.
Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field preferred.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and Salesforce automation systems preferred.
  • Experience interpreting and creating reports from various data sources.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to handle high-volume requests and meet sales goals to maintain a high-performance portfolio.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good judgment, problem-solving skills, and resourcefulness.
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Apps.
  • Ability to execute tasks efficiently, establish priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
