Job summary

Bornquist Inc. is seeking a Sales Administrator in East Moline, IL to support Inside Sales with submittals, quotes, and project information. You will handle documentation for orders, ensure accuracy, and assist with sales literature distribution.

The role requires strong customer service, Excel/Word proficiency, and experience with ERP systems. Training is provided and the position is full-time on-site in East Moline, IL.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; related experience welcomed.
• AA degree or equivalent preferred for advancement.
• Proficiency with Prophet 21 ERP and MS Office required.

Responsibilities

• Review orders to ensure contract completeness and pricing accuracy.
• Manage quote requests and distribute to Inside/Outside Sales or Estimators.
• Follow up with customers to determine project quote status.
• Maintain literature inventory and distribute to customers as needed.
• Register customers for classes and seminars via supplier portals.
• Update CRM with opportunities, tasks, and activities; attach documents.
