Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking an Ace Trainee to join our ACE program in Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, and surrounding OK locations. The role offers a fast-tracked rotational training across warehouse, sales, operations, project management, energy solutions, and automation, with opportunities to advance into commercial roles.

The program emphasizes rotating through multiple disciplines, developing customer service, product knowledge, and leadership skills while relocating as needed for program completion.

Qualifications

• Must be open to relocation to complete the program.
• External candidates: Minimum GPA of 3.0 upon degree completion.
• Internal Candidates: 12 months of Rexel experience and positive year-end review with Meets Expectations.

Responsibilities

• Rotations add value to transform and grow our business.
• Warehouse/Logistics rotations: learn order filling, receiving, stocking, staging and shipping.
• Sales rotations: inside/outside sales, customer service, product knowledge and digital tools.
• Operations: analyze profitability, safety, maintenance, inventory and working capital impacts.
• Project Management: manage customer, sales, vendors, orders, tracking, billing and communication.
• Energy Solutions: quote lighting projects, audits for cost savings, EV and datacom opportunities.
• Shadow Automation business and prospecting opportunities to sell services.
• Other duties as assigned.
