Rexel USA is seeking an ACE Trainee in Tacoma, WA, to join a 12‑month Accelerated Commercial Experience program beginning June 2027. You’ll rotate through warehouse, sales, and operations while learning Rexel’s distribution business and building cross‑functional relationships.

Through hands‑on projects, training, and mentorship, you’ll develop commercial, operational, and leadership skills with opportunities in sales, project management, procurement, and marketing after graduation.

Formación

• High School or GED is required.
• 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Business, or related degree preferred

Responsabilidades

• Rotations across Warehouse & Logistics, Sales, and Operations to learn full-cycle distribution and business drivers.
• Manage projects and coordinate across functions to support customer and supplier needs.
• Participate in onboarding, mentorship, and training to develop commercial, operational, and leadership skills.
