Rexel USA is seeking an ACE Trainee for its Platt team in Parkrose, Oregon, to join a 12‑month Accelerated Commercial Experience (ACE) program starting in June 2027. The role offers hands-on exposure to sales, operations, and project management within Rexel's electrical distribution network.

You will rotate through Warehouse, Sales, Operations, and Project Management, with electives and cohorts designed to accelerate leadership and commercial skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School or GED - Required.
• 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree - Preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Business, or related degree preferred.
• GPA 3.0 upon graduation required for external candidates.

Responsibilities

• ACE Trainee completes rotations to build business knowledge and leadership skills.
• Rotations include Warehouse & Logistics, Sales, Operations, Project Management.
• Elective rotations include Product Specialist rotations and customized rotations with local leadership.
• Cohort experiences include orientation, workshops, and graduation.
