Rexel USA in Anaheim, CA invites applications for a Sales & Operations Development Program Associate to begin in June 2027. The 12-month ACE Trainee program offers rotations across Warehouse & Logistics, Sales, Operations, and Project Management, plus elective rotations tailored to career goals.

You will work with Rexel leaders, contribute to real business priorities, and build the commercial, operational, and leadership skills needed to advance within the electrical distribution industry.

Qualifications

• High School or GED - Required
• 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Business, or related degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month ACE Trainee program with rotations across Warehouse & Logistics, Sales, Operations and Project Management.
• Engage with experienced Rexel leaders and teams to support real business priorities and learn across functions.
• Develop commercial, operational and leadership skills needed to advance within the electrical distribution industry.
• Tailor elective rotations toward individual interests and local business opportunities.
