Qualifications

• University undergraduate degree required.
• Degree fields preferred include Business Admin, Data Analytics, STEM.
• Baseline understanding of computer hardware, software, and IT ecosystem.
• Hybrid office model with strong self-management and reliability.
• Attention to detail, organization, and clear communication.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and CRM or database entry is a plus.
• Resume + cover letter in PDF + responses to three questions required.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time without restriction.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Relationship Sales Managers on daily tasks.
• Perform product and technology research on hardware, software, and services offerings.
• Write quotes, build proposals, and manage statements of work to maximize company profit.
• Communicate with vendors and clients.
• Coordinate online meetings, technical demonstrations, and conferences.
• Manage sales and order logistics.
• Recommend products and upsell solutions to vendors and clients.
• Populate and maintain CRM tools with accurate information.
• Handle vendor partner administration and track deliverables.
• Serve as an operational liaison between the corporate office, sales teams, and remote staff.
• Build familiarity with vendors and solution-stack technologies.
• Understand trends in storage, networking, data protection, archiving, and infrastructure.
• Understand solutions including HPC, ML, AI, bioinformatics, and life sciences.
• Understand and execute corporate and sales management goals and objectives.
