Job summary

Envera Systems is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to bolster sales productivity and revenue growth. You will manage CRM activities, assist with pricing, and prepare contracts and proposals in a fast-paced, multi-state environment.

In this role, you will collaborate across departments, validate quotes, and help ensure accurate documentation from initial lead to post-contract handoff. A strong Excel skillset and ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in administrative, sales support, customer service, or related operations role.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in fast-paced environments.
• Proficient in algebraic and financial calculations, spreadsheet modeling, verifying pricing inputs, and detecting numerical discrepancies in commercial quotes.

Responsibilities

• Answer and screen internal and external calls, emails, and cases related to sales opportunities and assign leads to the appropriate sales representative.
• Support research, database management, and CRM activities for marketing campaigns and revenue-generating initiatives.
• Review and validate sales quotes within the CPQ system across SaaS subscriptions and one-time delivery services, investigating pricing discrepancies and enforcing discount thresholds.
• Validate and help structure the preparation and review of customer proposals, RFP responses, agreements, addendums, and related documentation.
• Collaborate with sales representatives to clarify deal structures, address contract documentation inquiries, and guide complex quoting.
• Communicate with prospective clients to clarify proposal requirements and coordinate contract follow-ups.
• Review CRM pipeline, opportunity, and forecast data for accuracy; resolve discrepancies and maintain data integrity for reliable reporting.
• Prepare and distribute digital job folders upon contract execution to facilitate handoffs to Installation, Implementation, and Service Delivery.
• Prepare and distribute sales reports for management, identifying data inconsistencies and trends affecting pipeline visibility and forecasting.
• Assist with developing and updating training materials for Sales and Sales Support teams.
• Partner with the Sales Support Manager to evaluate and resolve sales-related operational challenges and implement improvements.
• Manage assigned projects and competing priorities, evaluate issues, determine solutions, and ensure resolution.
