Job summary

Everon is seeking a detail‑oriented sales admin to act as a liaison between Sales, Project Managers and technicians. You will schedule appointments, manage SFDC access, and support the Sales Pilot program, ensuring accurate documentation and timely task completion.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the sales team, data entry, and reporting to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must be able to clear a drug screening.
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in sales or service industries; ERP knowledge preferred.
Proficient in Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between Sales, Project Managers and technicians.
Schedule and confirm sales appointments.
Troubleshoot and support Salesforce.com administration.
Administer Sales Pilot and SFDC access.
Sales Pilot Commission and Job Creation.
Reinforce best practices for the commercial sales process and sales qualification.
Work with sales team to ensure paperwork is completed on time.
Complete daily reports.
Monitor progress and completion of tasks.
Complete and submit task-related activities and documentation.
