Responsibilities

Help Account Executives manage customer opportunities, sales activities, projects, bids, and reporting.
Prepare and enter customer quotes, proposals, and service contracts with accurate pricing, labor, materials, freight, engineering, and travel estimates.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure information is entered accurately and available when needed.
Monitor open orders and follow up with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to keep projects progressing.
Assist with scheduling meetings, site visits, installations, and other project-related activities.
Research product pricing and availability; review expense reports and material worksheets for accuracy and support project costing activities.
