This role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and teamwork across purchasing, accounting, and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives with opportunities, bids, and reporting.
• Prepare customer quotes, proposals, and service contracts with pricing estimates.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure information is entered accurately and available when needed.
• Monitor open orders and follow up with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to keep projects progressing.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, site visits, installations, and other project-related activities.
• Coordinate deposit requests, signed quotations, invoicing needs, and billing-related communication with customers and internal teams.
