Environmental Products Group in Apopka, FL is seeking a Sales Administrator to support the Sales team through order processing, CRM updates, and supplier coordination. This on-site role focuses on accuracy and timely communication to ensure smooth order-to-delivery cycles.

You will manage order records, track production and delivery, assist with invoicing and title/registration support, and provide cross-departmental coordination to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in business admin, Sales, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Experience in sales administration, order management, or related admin role.
• Strong organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with MS Office suites; CRM/ERP familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process new equipment orders and verify details and shipping info.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal departments.
• Monitor orders, production status, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain accurate asset and order records in systems (CRM/ERP).
• Assist with invoicing, title/registration support, and reporting.
