You will lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency, manage inventory impacts, and partner with sales, marketing, supply chain and finance to enhance profitability. Strong CRM experience and data analysis are valued here.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in sales, procurement, and/or operations.
• Experience in electrical distribution is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics.

Responsibilities

• Optimize the sales process by identifying delays and inefficiencies in order fulfillment and customer processes.
• Lead the implementation of strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance to align operations with business objectives.
• Evaluate and optimize sales technology tools and analytics platforms.
• Analyze data to identify trends, inform decisions, and support sales initiatives.
• Support sales teams with training and documentation.
• Maintain sales process policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Lead the standardization for new local initiatives.
• Execute standard sales processes in the region and adapt them to local needs.
• Assist with order processing and handle escalated customer service issues.
