Qualifications

• 2+ years of Business Operations experience.
• Experience in the electrical distribution industry a plus.
• High School or GED - Required.
• 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support branch and sales teams with operational procedures.
• Manage inventory, warehouse processes, and cycle counts.
• Assist with order fulfillment and customer support.
• Drive process optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Ensure adherence to safety, EH&S policies.
• Coordinate with suppliers to meet budgeted sales and margins.
• May cover additional branch/warehouse roles as needed.
