Responsibilities

• Handle calls, emails, and messages and provide customer service.
• Take orders by phone, email, or text and verify prices and products.
• Input and ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
• Collaborate with other departments to complete the sales order cycle.
• Prepare and organize reports, correspondence and forms.
• Create and verify records and logs.
• Provide administrative support.
• Utilize Famous ERP; familiarity preferred.
• Perform other duties of similar nature.
