Job summary

Echodyne is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to own the front end of the customer order process, reviewing POs, coordinating with Legal, Finance and Sales to keep orders commercially compliant before ERP entry.

This exempt role supports scalable operations for US-based teams; candidates should have CRM/ERP familiarity, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally. An export-control eligibility check will be part of the application process.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or commercial operations.
• Experience reviewing purchase orders and customer T&Cs.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Sales, and Customer Service.
• Basic contract/commercial knowledge; legal background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the front end of the customer order process and review POs/Terms before orders are entered into ERP.
• Coordinate approvals with Legal, Finance, Sales, Pricing, and other stakeholders.
• Verify pricing, discounts, payment terms, Incoterms, shipping terms, and requirements.
• Ensure all required documentation is complete before ERP entry.
• Act as the gatekeeper between Sales and Order Management to prevent downstream issues.
• Track approval status and ensure timely turnaround.
• Maintain documentation and audit trails.
