Apploi is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to strengthen the efficiency and accuracy of the sales organization. The role covers special projects, tracking and billing workflows, client-support initiatives, and back-office operations while supporting junior sales management.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and adept at cross-functional collaboration to improve processes and support both internal teams and client needs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience with billing, tracking, or administrative operations.
• Background in client-support or customer success environments.
• Familiarity with sales performance metrics and operational KPIs.
• Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, project coordination, billing coordination, or similar operational roles.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and spreadsheet tools.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple internal teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Lead special projects and provide operational support across departments.
• Oversee tracking and billing processes with accuracy and clear documentation.
• Develop proactive initiatives to improve client satisfaction and service delivery.
• Streamline back-office support and coordinate across teams.
• Provide regular updates on project progress to leadership.
• Support sales team with CRM management, workflow optimization, and resource coordination.
• Assist with development and implementation of sales processes, tools, and best practices.
• Produce and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance to align information flow for sales initiatives.
• Participate in pipeline reviews, forecasting, and sales planning.
