• Partner with Sales leadership to understand business needs and improve sales processes and performance.
• Evaluate workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design scalable process improvements and automations.
• Support the implementation and optimization of revenue technologies including Salesforce-connected apps.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Admin team to scope, test, and implement enhancements.
• Independently manage operational projects from requirements to deployment and documentation.
• Support lead and opportunity management, territory assignments, and engagement rules.
• Investigate data issues and maintain an internal helpdesk queue prioritizing revenue-impacting issues.
• Use Salesforce reporting to measure results and share insights after launches.
• Maintain clear documentation of processes, configurations, and dependencies.
