Job summary

BambooHR in Draper, Utah is hiring an Outbound BDR. This hybrid role requires you to proactively reach new leads, qualify opportunities, and drive a high-volume pipeline through 100+ daily calls, LinkedIn, and email outreach.

You should have 1–2 years of SDR/BDR experience, strong communication skills, and a coachable attitude to meet KPIs and grow with the team. Onboarding includes in-office training Tuesday through Thursday.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience as an SDR or BDR identifying and qualifying sales opportunities.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication to articulate value propositions.
• Proven history of teaming with Account Executives or cross-functional partners.
• Strong organizational skills to keep detailed records and prioritize tasks.
• High emotional intelligence to build rapport and manage conflicts professionally.
• Ability to hit monthly KPIs and opportunity creation quotas.
• Coachable with a growth mindset and willingness to onboard and train.
• Great attitude, motivation, and passion for growth.
• Available for in-office onboarding training during the first two weeks.

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with new leads as a proactive BDR.
• Drive high-volume outbound outreach with 100+ daily calls and prospecting via LinkedIn and email.
• Build strong relationships with prospects, focusing on meaningful connections.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to shape territory and strategy.
• Adapt to changing team dynamics while maintaining productivity.
