Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 6-8 years relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of strategic programs and initiatives to improve Sales Operations and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Sales teams and internal/external partners to resolve complex issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and manage sales, inventory, and other operational programs to drive efficiency.
• Provide advanced sales reporting, metrics, and dashboards for data-driven decisions.
