Job summary

Dal-Tile, a leading tile and natural stone manufacturer in the United States, is seeking a Sales Operations Manager II to oversee programs, drive process improvements, and partner with Sales leadership to align planning, reporting, and guidance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide advanced sales metrics and dashboards, and analyze data to propose actionable insights that drive performance and customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience required.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of strategic programs to improve Sales Operations.
• Collaborate with Sales teams and internal/external partners to resolve issues and ensure seamless operations.
• Manage sales, inventory, and other operational programs to boost efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide advanced sales reporting, metrics, and dashboards for data-driven decisions.
• Analyze sales, marketing, and merchandising data to suggest actionable insights to Sales leadership.
• Monitor customer compliance programs to minimize financial risk and improve outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes within Sales Support.
• Provide accurate sales data, forecasts, and insights to support strategic decisions.
• Assist Sales teams in creating compelling proposals and presentations with relevant data.
