Docker is seeking a Sales Operations leader to own operations for the Solutions Engineering and Solutions Architect teams in the United States. You will manage engagement, capacity planning, POV tracking, and deliver robust technical-stage reporting to guide strategic decisions.

You will build and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and forecasts, drive data quality, and implement scalable processes across GTM systems.

Responsibilities

• Own Sales Operations for the Solutions Engineering and Solutions Architect teams, covering engagement, capacity, POC/POV tracking, and reporting.
• Build and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and forecasts while driving data quality and scalable processes across GTM systems.
• Partner with leadership and Business Systems to scope Salesforce and tool improvements, including AI-driven automation.
