Compensation is targeted at $52,000 for the first year with a 46-hour work week, plus a benefits package including health/dental/vision, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• MT will start learning the business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and handle behind‑the‑scenes operations.
• Learn to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
